Billing & payments
- Receipts. A receipt is emailed when you complete a purchase. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or email us and we'll resend it.
- How charges appear. Charges may show on your statement as Colorado Krav Maga or as Heroes Holdings & Consulting Inc, our parent company.
- A charge you don't recognize? Contact us before disputing it with your bank. We'll look it up and sort it out with you directly.
- Refunds. See our refund & cancellation policy.
Memberships
- In-studio memberships. For billing changes, freezes, or cancellations, contact your studio below. Your membership agreement sets the terms.
- Online University. Change your plan or cancel anytime at Manage your membership. No contract.
