Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Colorado Krav Maga ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use this website. Questions? Email james@coloradokravmaga.com.

Information we collect

  • Contact / free-class form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the program you're interested in, your preferred location, and any message you include. If the inquiry is for a youth program, we also collect the parent/guardian name and the child's age.
  • Free guide ("Top 5 Techniques"): your first name and email address.

We only collect what you choose to submit. We do not knowingly collect data from children directly. Youth inquiries are submitted by a parent or guardian.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and help you book a free first class.
  • To send you the resource you requested (such as the free guide).
  • To manage your inquiry in our membership/CRM system and follow up with you.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the business:

  • Spark Membership: our customer/CRM and class-scheduling system.
  • Resend: delivery of email notifications.
  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
  • Microsoft Clarity: website usage analytics (heatmaps and session recordings).

Cookies & analytics

We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep site administrators signed in to the content system. We also use analytics and advertising tools: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used and to measure our outreach. These may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device identifiers, and on-site activity, and the advertising pixel shares limited data with Meta for ad measurement. Microsoft Clarity captures how visitors interact with our pages (clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement) as heatmaps and session recordings so we can improve the site; anything you type into a form is masked and is not recorded. That data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We also set two small first-party cookies of our own: one remembers details you typed into a form so you do not have to retype them, and one remembers which advertisement (if any) brought you to the site so we can tell which ads are working. Neither is shared with anyone else, and both expire within 30 days.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically: if your browser sends it, these tools are not loaded. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Under the Colorado Privacy Act and similar laws, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of its sale or targeted advertising (we do neither). To make a request, email james@coloradokravmaga.com and we'll respond as required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.

  • Classes, programs & purchases. Enrollment, memberships, online subscriptions, events, and store purchases may be governed by separate agreements, waivers, and the terms presented at checkout (including any cancellation and refund terms). Physical training involves inherent risks; participation requires a signed waiver.
  • No guarantees. The site and its content are provided "as is" for general information and are not a substitute for professional, legal, or medical advice. We do not guarantee specific results from training.
  • Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorado Krav Maga is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website.
  • Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
