Our Lakewood center on Wadsworth makes practical self-defense accessible to the west metro, from Golden to Wheat Ridge. Beginners are welcome and never thrown to the wolves, you'll be coached step by step in skills built for real situations, by certified instructors who've trained thousands of everyday Coloradans and first responders alike.

Programs at our Lakewood center
When are classes?
- Beginner-friendly adult classes on weekdays at 12:15pm, 6pm and 7pm, plus Saturday at 10am.
- Kids classes on weekday afternoons, starting between 3:45pm and 4:45pm depending on your child's age.
- Teens train Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.
Your first class is free, and we will match you to the right beginner class when you book.
