Whether you're brand new, getting back in shape, or training for the job, you'll build skills that actually function under adrenaline, not flashy moves, just what works. Programs at our Denver center
When are classes?
- Beginner-friendly adult classes on weekdays at 12:15pm, 6pm and 7pm, plus Saturday at 10am.
- Kids classes on weekday afternoons, starting between 4:15pm and 5:30pm depending on your child's age.
- Teens train Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.
Your first class is free, and we will match you to the right beginner class when you book.
