Inside the program

Real training, built for the real world

Confidence Teens Can Feel

Imagine your teenager walking through their day without worrying about what somebody is going to say or do. Teenagers need confidence and the ability to defend themselves, and there's no confidence quite like self-defense confidence.

The Right People, The Right Attitudes

It's important for young adults to be surrounded by positive attitudes and supported by positive coaches. Here, your teen trains and hangs out with other teens who share the same goals, in an environment that develops respectful, disciplined young adults.

A confident teen is a happy teen, and happy teenagers don't live in anxiety or fear. Confidence leads teens to simply excel in so many other areas of life, from friendships to the classroom.

Offered at all of our five Front Range locations: Denver, Broomfield, Lakewood, Littleton, and Fort Collins. New to self-defense? Read our guide to choosing a self-defense school.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to get in shape before trying Krav Maga?

Not at all. All of our classes are self-paced, so you train at the level that's right for you. The best way to get ready for Krav Maga is to simply start doing Krav Maga, you'll improve fast.

Is my first class really free?

Yes. Anyone can claim a free trial class to experience our training firsthand. Our trial promotional programs are backed with a no-risk 100% money-back guarantee, and our online university offers a free trial with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

I'm a beginner, when is a good time to start?

Right now. Whether you're brand new or returning to training, we promise you'll learn something useful in your very first class. There's never a perfect time, so the best time is today. Just think, if you started a mont ago where you'd be today!

Where are your locations?

We have five Front Range training centers: Broomfield, Denver, Littleton, Lakewood, and Ft. Collins. You can also train from anywhere in the world through our online university, available 24/7 via the app or any connected device.

How long should I train in Krav Maga?

Most people train in the basic level for about three months before moving on. After about a year, many students are already in the expert levels, defending against weapons threats like knives and guns.

What should they wear? Do I need to buy expensive gear right away?

Not at all! For your or your childs first classes, normal, comfortable workout clothes—like a t-shirt and sweatpants or athletic shorts—are completely fine. We want to remove all financial and logistical barriers to entry. Once you decide the program is a great fit, we’ll walk you through suggested gear and clothing options. Almost all are options with the exception of a uniform for the kids (not teens or adults), gloves and shin pads for Level 2 (Advanced classes), or sparring gear when you decide to spar.

How does membership and cancellation work?

We keep it simple with no-hassle cancellation with 30-days notice. For our term memberships, we convert you to an open ended membership in order to cancel. Just pay the difference of the discount you received for enrolling in a term. For our online university, you can cancel anytime by calling 720-214-1691 or emailing info@coloradokravmaga.com. Just reach out to your home location's team and we'll take care of you.
