What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to and making appointments for, potential clients inquiries by email, phone, text, and social media
  • Providing 12 out of 10 customer service clients
  • Taking a role in coordinating special events
  • Monitoring and posting on company social media platforms
  • Greeting and initiating new clients as they come in
  • Signing up new clients as members of the facilities
  • Following up with clients on and prospective clients
  • Helping with data, graphics, copy-writing, etc as needed

What skills you’ll need:

  • First and foremost, the ability to smile, be happy, and enjoy the ride!
  • People centric. Friendly and genuinely attentive.
  • Social media posting and editing skills
  • The ability to follow systems and see tasks through to the end, then analyze and suggest ways to streamline.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (email)
  • Ability to learn new and ever changing online platforms
  • Great communication skills with the ability to explain things coherently yet concisely.
