- Youth Instructors, Part Time
What you’ll be doing:
- Responding to and making appointments for, potential clients inquiries by email, phone, text, and social media
- Providing 12 out of 10 customer service clients
- Taking a role in coordinating special events
- Monitoring and posting on company social media platforms
- Greeting and initiating new clients as they come in
- Signing up new clients as members of the facilities
- Following up with clients on and prospective clients
- Helping with data, graphics, copy-writing, etc as needed
What skills you’ll need:
- First and foremost, the ability to smile, be happy, and enjoy the ride!
- People centric. Friendly and genuinely attentive.
- Social media posting and editing skills
- The ability to follow systems and see tasks through to the end, then analyze and suggest ways to streamline.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (email)
- Ability to learn new and ever changing online platforms
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain things coherently yet concisely.
