I absolutely love this place! Starting a martial art at 37 was kind of intimidating, however, I am so happy I did. The instructors have been so nice and welcoming. Also, all the other students are very kind and I feel right at home.

Not in shape?

As a beginner I was intimidated by the process and as someone who's out of shape they reassured me I was going to be okay. Not only was it fun and not intimidating after my first class, a month later I feel my confidence growing and I'm feeling healthier everyday.

Never done anything like this?

I've never been a physical person, so I was scared to join a contact sport. Annie and the other trainers at the Denver location made me feel very welcome and safe. I'm enjoying the process quite a bit, and I love feeling stronger!

Worried about a hard sell?

First day first class. I really enjoyed it and cannot wait to continue going to classes. I felt no pressure to sign up and they gave me all the information I needed, so that I could make the right decision to continue training with them.

Common questions

Good questions. Straight answers.

Do I need to be in shape to start?

No. You get in shape by training. Everyone goes at their own pace and the workout scales to you. Most people start exactly where you are right now.

I have zero experience. Will I be lost?

Not at all. Most of our members walked in with no background whatsoever. Every class is built to bring beginners along safely, one step at a time.

Is it too intense, or will I get hurt?

Krav Maga is intense in the best way, but safety comes first. Instructors control the pace, techniques are taught progressively, and you are never thrown in over your head.

What should I bring to the free class?

Just water, comfortable workout clothes, and shoes you can move in. We take care of everything else for your first class.
