This course is a conbined series
        1 and series 4 certification course. It will cover all the basic
        strikes, self defense, handgun defenses & disarms, weapon
        retention, and arrest/control, cuffing, baton use, and defense
        vs. blunt objects. This course will also serve as a RECERTIFICATION

Our annual Self Defense class for
        women in honor of Sexual Assalut Awareness Month (April). Each
        location will hold a 2 to 3 hour long Self Defense course culminating
        with our local Law Enforcement officials playing the role of
        attacker with thier protective suits on so that you can defend
        yourself and practice what you've just learned at FULL POWER!
