the official Self Defense and Fighting system of the Israeli
Army. Specifically designed to be used by anyone, Krav Maga teaches
easy to learn self defense techniques based on your bodies natural
instinctive reaction to threats, and builds from there. Krav
Maga is not a Martial Art, there is nothing fancy or artistic
about what we do. Our classes are taught ONLY by certified Krav
Maga Instructors, our teaching methods and training drills are

the job done in half the time as normal workouts CrossFit is
used by Law Enforcement and Elite Military Units across the globe.
KM Conditioning
is based on Krav Maga fighting and self-defense techniques. A
fast paced, high energy workout designed to tone, build, sculpt,
and strengthen your body to be all it can be. KM Conditioning
is not available just anywhere, only licensed Krav Maga Training
Centers whose conditioning instructors have passed the rigorous
certification process in LA are allowed to teach KM Conditioning
classes. Classes consist of Heavy Bag work, strength and toning
with resistance, plyometrics, isometrics, cardio conditioning,
and just plain old fat burn! This is not your ordinary cardio
karate class, in fact our lead fitness instructor has developed
fitness programs for Nation Wide chains of martial arts, karate,

 MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) We believe in offering THE best, cutting edge self
defense, fitness, and fighting programs anywhere. To that end,
we offer separate classes for fighting, and within that we break
it down into skill sets and ability levels. There are over half
a dozen MMA type classes to choose from ranging from BJJ (Brazilian
